  1. Rees Mogg and candour? I don't think they are related. JRM said the French would cause delays in Calais so the British government would not need to do anything to prepare in Dover. What a shyster. He behaves as if we're still in the EU and the French are doing something wrong. In fact it was the French who suggested the British government should create more capacity at Dover, given that passport checks would take longer after Brexit, by creating more border posts and the British government refused. You half skewered JRM with his past errors but it wasn't the full skewer you could have done.
