  1. He stands for ensuring government does nothing to prevent the wealthy from continuing to enrich themselves at everyone else's expense. He was in a hedge fund whose actions partly caused the financial collapse of 2008.

  2. I think he wanted to be in power to be able to control the financial framework that allows him and other wealthy Tories to carry on making a lot of money without restraint. I think that's what most Tory MPs are concerned with. They fear Labour will regulate more, tax the wealthy more, chase up tax avoiders and plug tax loopholes.
