To be fair all the leaders were given a good grilling. I don't think anyone was let off the hook. Boris Johnson will waffle on and take up all the air time if he's allowed. Compared to attending a public school I'm sure he found the audience no problem to deal with. When under pressure he tends to be economical with the truth anyway which is a get out strategy for him.

Why do people want Brexit when there's no evidence that it will benefit the average person?

Denise Bond If you don't want Brexit, you must want Remain. Those are the only 2 possibilities or are Brexiteers not logical? The Tories have been unable to 'cough up what you 17.4 million people voted for 3 years ago because they didn't vote for any particular deal and there are different deal options so that needs clarification. Also the vast number of MPs know now that Brexit offers nothing to the average person but Boris's lot push ahead because it offers a great deal to the wealthy, corporations, money launderers, tax avoiders and financial speculators, who are Tory party supporters and in whose interests the Tory Party acts. The rest of you are cannon fodder, useful fools, expendable in the interests of the mighty. It's like you voted to deal with a broken finger by having your hand chopped off and even when people say that's not the best option or solution, you are still saying 'Nope, I want you to act on my first decision and the same for everyone with broken fingers who made that decision.'

Denise Bond Shouting doesn't help. The reason it's taken 3 years is because it's such a bad thing to do and everyone who's looked into it knows that and is trying to stop something that has no benefit for the average person in the UK.
