  1. Selling the family silver again. For a pittance again? Value for taxpayers or ripping them off? Dumbing down? Removing sources of challenge to the government? Putin sold off all Russia's state assets which went into the hands of his cronies, the oligarchs. Look how Russia turned out. No challenge from the media allowed now over the Ukraine war. I expect Boris would love that level of control.
