There is no special relationship. It's always been a British fantasy. Britain has less global influence now than when it was in the EU. Trade deals take years to do properly. The idea that a US trade deal could be done quickly is nonsense. We could not do one anyway without dropping our standards to their levels. The EU would not have to do that because they are not desperate for a deal like Britain. The thumbnail image labels Biden a traitor but he is not a traitor. To be a traitor to Britain, you have to be British.
