There are some accidents from activities only wealthy people can afford. Were these trips ever risk assessed I wonder? What was the escape plan in event of a problem? I read that they went out on a 'window' of good weather. If the weather conditions were that hazardous, they should not have gone. A window doesn't necessarily leave time for a rescue. Why didn't 'customers' think of this before taking a trip. What a horrible way to die, if that is the case.
