Aren't you making the assumption that they are guilty? What if they are 4 guys randomly picked up and beaten into stating they are guilty?

I hope they are guilty. If they are innocent Russia is scapegoating 4 guys and threatening them with more of the same treatment if they don't plead guilty. Decisions in Russian courts on high profile political cases like this are often predetermined.

They'd be given a fair trial at least, not a beating like this and a predetermined verdict. Where would you rather face trial for anything, Russia or the UK?

@apurbasingha2552 No I'm not but people will admit things under torture just to stop the torture. That's why statements produced by torture are not admissable in the courts of proper democratic systems.

How do you know? What do you really know about these 4 including evidence or whether they were just beaten into pleading guilty with the threat of more of the same if they do not.
