  1. Hopefully the Republican party will have an alternative candidate than Trump but if people want to make the same mistake over and over again, no one can stop them. If Trump ever gets in again he will make sure no one ever gets him out. He will choose a running mate corrupt enough to keep him in power by overturning election results and that will lead to chaos, violence and a civil war and it will be by no means clear that those who believe in the constitution would win that war.

Trump is a scary demagogue whose desire is to be an authoritarian dictator that can never be ousted. Won't this hearing prejudice any future trial of Trump though?

  3. Don't you realise that Trump aspires to be a dictator that can never be removed from office and his only interest in power is what he can get out of it for his own benefit? He can be as corrupt as he likes in the business world while being President and no one would be able to touch him. Look at who else he admired, Putin (an authoritarian dictator in all but name) and Kim Jong Un (another nasty dictator). They are also warmongers whereas Trump is just after money but he's on the same power trip.
