  5.  @ThePiratemachine  The need for competence goes with responsibility. Voters seem naive or not very politically aware to vote in such a man. They also seem very willing to overlook his obvious flaws and take him at his own assessment of himself. However some are exposed to heavy propaganda on channels such as Fox.
