  2. They should have realised long ago when Trump called them 'losers'. The spending was always mandatory anyway. The GOP are making up excuses because they only did this to spite the Democrats.

  3.  @marklutz95  Republican fairytales .. they voted for the exact same bill before. They only didn't vote for it this time to punish the Democrats for out-manouvering them on something earlier that was unconnected with this bill and now they make up false excuses. Just look at all that fist and elbow bumping afterwards - no care for veterans at all.
