  2. Conor Rosenberg. Could it be because Russia keeps hacking western government websites? Could it be because it tries to interfere in western elections? Could it be because Putin has just announced new weapons (missiles) that can reach the west and can't be destroyed? Could it be because his planes invade western airspace? Could it be because he supports the dictator of Syria? Could it be because he has political opponents and journalists killed and some of them in western states? Could it be because he runs a criminal mafia type state and his cronies launder stolen money into foreign assets? These are not the friendly acts of a democratic state.
