They're saying that despite her diagnosis of Amber Heard, that does not provide evidence that Heard wasn't a victim of intimate partner violence, that Curry wasn't hired to look at that and that she's not an expert at IPV. Curry agreed saying essentially that it was a matter outside of the scope of her work and essentially a matter for police investigation (since it was a crime). They tried to imply that she had a vested interest in coming down on Johnny Depp's side with her investigation and diagnosis, that the idea of a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder was suggested to her by Johnny's team from the start and as his team was paying her and she had dined at his house, that she was biased in favour of him, rather than taking a professional independent view, which she denied. This is what a defence attorney is paid to do, to try and undermine the prosecution's case and witnesses.

  2. Why should the jury know who he is? That means they won't come to the case with any prior prejudices which is a good thing for justice sake, as they will judge on the evidence presented to them.

  3. I don't know what she was saying most of the time but at the end she seemed to say she had to feed her family. She could have been killed though.

  4.  @Robert-ho7ys  Judges often have a good sense of humour. I remember a trial where a guy was being prosecuted for making multiple share applications under different assumed names. He then had to apply for bail and the judge said to the guy's lawyer. Please tell your client that only one application is required.

  6. Dirty linen aired in public. Though one may be more at fault than the other, no one will come out looking squeaky clean. They should have parted long before these recordings were made.

  10. Modern media is the modern equivalent of the bear pit. Videos of the 'failures' in society are uploaded for entertainment value, and so people can criticise and pass judgement. The background or causes are never examined.
