SECONDLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, FUCK if crime is reduced or not, if the victim doesnt get a second chance, the criminal must not get one either because NON FAMILY MEMBERS ARE HAVING ORGASMS OF HUMANITY AND FAME..No one other than those closest to the victim should decide the fate of the criminal who kills or rapes etc. AGAIN, in LEGAL sense, word HUMAN should be by actions, not birth.

Now, If not, I hope some family member inflicts vigilante justice if justice was not served. I have seen murderers walk on technicality so frankly, if law doesnt punish criminals, fuck the law, vigilantes should take care of criminals who wiggle out of weak law. let there be anarchy as if law is letting criminals free, its anarchy anyways.
