I do not know why you have neg comments..out of 10 guys and 10 girls the CHANCES are more that more girls are scared of insects/ spiders etc . .also Monique Borges missed the crux of the comment and went on a tangent point of whether spiders are insects or not, when the point you were making was more of natural instinct of a female to react to threat as to male natural instinct to react to threat. I think you are in a crowd of non scientifics who feel they have red some to know spider aint a bug

  3. well, looks like you want to nitpick, so color or colour you figure it out.. as you can see, language will change with regions, but if you are fundamentally fixed on spellings, I have no issues with it.. now, getting back to point at hand, in homosapien, you will notice, that analysis of threat by evolved frontal lobe is fast, making a female species make noise to attract help as a reflex, not scare away the "bug", while a male will reflexly try to cast it off not minding his hand touching it.
