@panderson9561 Of course it is nonsense. However, OP is either a troll, or a seriously delusional third-worlder.

@tambakante2806 Do not underestimate the US. Statements of the US's decline is much overstated. Iraq assumed that they would be able to best the US in a straight up fight. Battle-hardened Iraqi troops against the soft First-world Americans. Iraq was annihilated. Russia is a fading power. China's weak and bloated system has been exposed by the coronavirus.

Going nuclear is a terrible idea. While the US lacks significant tactical nuclear weapons, they still have powerful strategic options.

BRICS is not a military alliance. Brazil is quite friendly with the US, and India has a rivalry with China. South Africa is also irrelevant militarily.

@NDV3355 The Chinese don't "own" it. And in any case, they cannot defend it if war broke out.

@asd131q7 The US destroyed the 4th largest army in the world in a matter of weeks. It took Russia six years to subjugate tiny Chechnya, which had no airforce or any heavy weapons. China hasn't even finished its civil war, and it's so called "inseparable" province of Taiwan still retains independence. China hasn't even fought any wars recently, besides its botched border war with Vietnam. How would they expect to beat a country who has been fighting wars constantly for decades? With their weaponry they copied from Russia? Please. The US has been perfecting the art of war for 200 years. We EARNED our spot as superpower, you idiotic third-worlder. A nation of over a billion people is struggling to match a country with barely 300 million. The US invented the atomic bomb. The US put a man on the moon, a feat matched by no one today. The US beat its old rival the Soviet Union. Why should the US, kowtow to a glorified giant factory with an identity crisis and the drunken rump of the USSR that is Russia?

@Jacob Brown How so? The Taliban have been fighting for years. They have moderated themselves in order to gain support from the populace. By contrast, Chechens only become more radical during the Russian invasion. Afghanistan is also in the middle of nowhere, and is huge.

@christtheonlyhope4578 The threat of a nuclear counter-strike would prevent Russia or China from using nuclear weapons. They might threaten it to prevent a total defeat. However, in doing so they would recognize they have lost conventional superiority. At that point, a status quo would be the best they could get, or perhaps Russia would be forced to cede the Kuril Islands, or Sakhalin. Doing so would be much easier that risking a nuclear exchange with the US. If they were to use tactical nuclear weapons on a US battlegroup, the US would perhaps be encouraged to use their own weapons. The Tommahawk carried a nuclear warhead, and I suspect the US still has the warheads in reserve.

@christtheonlyhope4578 Of course. No one wants to go to war.

@Jacob Brown Indian may like Russia, but they do not like China. Brazil is friendly with Russia and China, but more friendly with the US, especially under Bolsonaro.
