@chaosXP3RT The US has stayed consistently on top of the submarine game. Unlike Russia, who had basically a two decade hiatus from submarine construction due to a struggling economy, the US has constantly been producing and designing submarines.

@1.Новости Those weapons which are almost never massed produced. The T-14 has only had a dozen or so examples produced, same for the Ka-52M. The Zicron and S-500 are still prototypes. The Tor is decent, but NATO is aware of their specs, due to cooperating with Ukraine. The Kalibr, or Club, missile is of niche use to Russia, as their main focus is on their ground forces, not their navy. And that 895% number is complete BS.

@1.Новости Meanwhile the US has produced 2400 AH-64 Apache helicopters, and operates nearly a thousand of them (not counting USMC attack helicopters). And judging from Russia's past experience with developing advanced weaponry, they'll produce only a few dozen to around a hundred units of Zikron and S-500, before they run out of money and say that their existing weaponry is "good enough", like with the Su-57 or Su-35. And it doesn't matter how good the T-14 is if there is only about ~20 of them. China has how many Type 99s and Type 96s? Enough to steamroll any T-14s, assuming half of them don't breakdown due to mechanical issues. Russia can make advanced weaponry, yes. But, their economy is too small to make meaningful numbers of them. The bulk of Russian ground forces are still equipped with aging Soviet-era weaponry.

@andrewhomo2461 They have been saying that hundreds of T-14 tanks would be produced in the "next few years" ever since they were showcased back in 2015. Six years on, and they haven't produced more than a few dozen. The Su-57 is in an even worse spot, as it is quite apparent that Russia simply lacks the money to mass-produce fifth generation fighter jets. Especially after India dissolved their partnership after concerns over it's effectiveness. At this point, the Dutch operate more fifth-generation fighters than the Russians.

@1.Новости So what if the US is behind on the "hypersonic missile race"? They can easily catch up by simply investing more into it (as they are doing). Also, conventional ICBMs still work, which the US still has quite a few of. And the US is NOT like the USSR. The Americans won't implode Soviet-style because they aren't a Soviet-style country, (as rebranded Slavic empire), rather a homogenous country with a shared history and culture, not several different nations who hate each other glued together by force (Armenia and Azerbaijan).
