  1. Could probably add in the 7,000 as well. While most may just be captured (and theoretically recoverable via POW swaps), I'd reckon that at least a quarter to a third are dead. Regardless, 13+ thousand dead is the equivalent to an entire division being destroyed.

  2. I'd rather Russia be under a weak and isolated Putin (militarily defanged of course), than fall under Navalny or someone similar, who has no control over most of the country. Or worse, that Russia descends into a civil war with their entire nuclear arsenal up for grabs.
