@brianmillar5075 No could've and should've are not irrelevant and never are. Secondly your situation has nothing to do with this one. Thirdly, you fail to see the father was rich and had the best lawyers to win custody, also I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he's a Freemason too which would've helped considerably. A few signals at the right time that most people aren't aware of and he wins the day.

@brianmillar5075 She should've just documented everything that she believed was going on and photographed every bruise. Also she could've shown him everything she was doing as a warning to stop. Taking off was wrong, but scarred people do irrational things, hence the light sentencing she received.
