Shooting in an area with moving cars going at full speed filled with innocent people or a neighborhood would cause more danger to people. He would have started driving more dangerously being under fire and bullets ricochet and are not easy to aim while in a moving vehicle.

Most boring season yet. Zeke and Eren are both boring characters. Eren isn't intimidating for a second and he just came across as an annoying edgelord idiot. Making everything so supernatural took away from the horror which is already basically non existent in this season. For whatever reason even things that should be exciting turn out to be executed in an anticlimactic manner. Feels like they can't do anything else except try to go for emotional moments (with over the top EMOTIONAL music to manipulate the viewer into the correct state of emotion) which happen way too often to cause any genuine reaction. The unnecessarily complicated plot and excruciatingly meticulous breakdown of EVERY SINGLE character's background are there to make up for the fact that nothing is happening for the entire middle half.
