This contradicts with the fact/rule that: that all are equal, and no one is above the law principle. And a electoral (allowed ) voter is Trump as well, having still the passive right of voting, but when passive voting isn t allowed,(in this case) active politics are surely not allowed. If you may not vote, you can t be elected. The judge s ruling places the (vice) presidents above the law, and that s sure not the intention of the constitution. That the constitution writers didn t/couldn t image a Trump type, is not to believe, there where enough of these types in the old days. Following the judge s ruling means too, that overthrowing the constitution is allowed and not penal at all, only not so polite Following the judge, presidents are allowed to permanent end the constitution by overthrowing it. That results in no constution existing anymore. It seems the judge doesn t care at all. But things like (high) treason are other possibilities. I wouldn t be amazed that scotus acts the same.
