Destroying the dam will destroy the escape route by this dam as well the ponton bridge underneath the bridge there, The forced evacuation of the Kherson people that will wear militairy uniforms??, being used as a human shield. as both militairies and the forced population are very afraid for this river crossing, t might be a good plan to keep the bridge and dam, or on the 2 sides of it, permanent under relative , light or medium fire, only dangerous for the escapers to prevent the withdrawal of those elite troops, and so the destroying of the dam too, and locking in those military elite troops, preventing them from re employment elsewhere, and at kherson simply starve them out, and where they are packed together, bomb them, a matter of time, or use them as a negotiation subject. That will cause big problems in Russia.
