  1. I was taking care of an ex-girlfriend's mother's turtle when she was living in an RV and it went into brumation so she accused me of killing it. It came to in the spring just fine and I gave it back to her later in the year when she moved into a house. Then she let it outside with her dogs and they killed it. The ex-girlfriend was sweet but her mom and aunt, a nurse and a teacher, were terribly narcissistic, irresponsible, and abusive people and I'm glad I have nothing to do with them anymore and that my ex was able to distance herself from them.
