  2. In the old days there were a lot of sketchy adoptions that went like this. Adoptive parents would pay a fee and not ask many questions.

  3. I'm guessing he didn't claim every baby he delivered died. Just likely to poor families who had several kids, single parents, etc.

  5. Um, this guy delivered babies at home. Its what country doctors often do. And homebirth is really risky.
