@henrylivingstone2971 Testimony from relatives about the boys telling them about the abuse, testimony from cousins who lived at their house and saw very suspicious acts from the dad with the boys, naked photos of the boys as young children (with focus on their privates) taken by the dad and their mother's handwriting on the photos, injuries consistent with SA on Erik after he was admitted to the hospital at age 7, members of the boy band Menudo which the dad managed testifying that he had SA's them as young teens. And that's only some of the evidence that was presented at their first trial, not to mention the brothers were evaluated by some of the best known experts in child trauma in prison and they all concluded the brothers had been abused.

Plenty of people saw abusive behavior from the dad

lol they haven't been kids in decades. Also it really wasn't a spending spree, it was their usual lifestyle.

@lisachlastawa5105 Wrong. During their first trial the jury was deadlocked. The second trial did not allow testimony about the sexual abuse claims so the second jury couldn't consider the same evidence as the first trial.
