  4. Where I grew up we went to a beach where there were a lot of wild ones (smaller than these tho). Sometimes they'd switch shells if you put an empty one in front of them and that was cool to watch, sometimes we'd race them against each other (they go towards the sound of the ocean) which was harmless since we always let them go, but this sucks to see.

  8. The movie 101 Dalmatians led to a huge demand for the breed, leading to many breeders going for quantity over quality, inbreeding and all. So as a result a lot of dalmatians even today have genetic problems like this.

  10. Might want to read up on this kind of bird. Cuckoos will lay their eggs in the nest of of other birds to fool them into raising their offspring, once they hatch they push the other eggs or other baby birds out of the nest or starve the other baby bird by demanding all the food.
