Perhaps you doing a summary of the convo after it, would have been smart-- the main messages of the convo are really not made very clearly--- quite confusing, coz no depth on the group 3 vs group 4. That ends up looking like marketing for Liquidmoly oils, and that's not cool, unless detailed information is given by either you or the Liquimoly rep. Very disappointing vid and surprisingly so.
