Same w/ SPD, we won't modernize it and make it the first in the US to get closer to our peer nations professionalism standards? WTaF is wrong with us??? seriously! Im just over 50 and it's clear that Seattle's leadership has been myopic over time, is fixated on minutiae and won't tackle basic city governance! And i'm a liberal and this city has plenty PLENTY of money now. FFS, get it done! Spend on security and modernize SPD as well.
