  15. while i entirely agree about the US admin's messaging, or mostly agree, the actions the US has taken were the initially most substantial in terms of the one who had the resources, only we yanks had the resources. However what most of us are not privy to is the actual US capacity-- i personally do not know what we can and cannot do effectively re providing weapons. It's actually top secret as to what exactly Ukr has spoken w/ US, UK about. Assumptions in this size and scale of a war are not like anything ppl r familiar with over the past 80 plus yrs. There's a lot to consider in terms of speed of assistance, and quantity of say , shells. Keep in mind that this war has been unprecented in the sense that the Ru's are shelling on an idustrial scale never seen on earth : in 515days they shot around 100M shells/rockets etc at Ukr!! It's very unimaginable and the ramifications are several which are way too much to get into here. Keep in mind that 100Million means nearly avg of 200K a day for 515 days. Imho, the US and allies have quietly been figuring out what the overall risks really are, and preparing for potential war on a scale never seen on earth: particularly never seen bcuz naturally we know that our only advantage is: overwhelming force. To do that takes knowledge, some of which we're gaining by seeing how the Ru's operate. And seeing how the Ukr's operate. But mostly by estimating how the Ru's operate, and allies/ukr's attempt to gain intell on Ru. ...... All that said, if i'm wrong, then yes, the US is woefully inadequate in the speed at getting the other systems and equip to Ukr as well what really matters, the ability to repair those which often will require westerners to go in person. I'm the type of westerner willing to put myself in harms to way to do such repairs, if i have that knowledge. (no comment on this further detail)
