it is quite rare, tho not exactly unbelievably /level actually, but i also agree it's very seriously suspicious and needs deep investigation actually bcuz Knowles was very unique as is this show in the entire western world and thus world. Ru knows the power of this show, they understand it was the only multifaceted deeply thoughtful analytical classic-style news/strategic/analysis/historical, etc that reached the broadest audience, which IS the key issue for how Ru thinks about info, as it should. Gibraltar may have easily compromised security due to its special location, plus Spain itself has had terrible security over the past two decades, and has some pro russian elements, and a lot of international criminal elements.

@buddyrojek9417 yes, but it's also important even more so, to remember that ppl involved in serious work where stress/strain is involved, can tax their bodies more than most ppl. We are fragile in some very important ways, while also being tougher than we imagine. Very complicated to discuss physiology!
