agree entirely as a fellow american. Thank u for being in Mykol. Many of us here are pushing all the reps (writing emails to most of them in congress) and calling, to urge them to demand that the president has a specific plan with clear goals and gets appropriate weapons that will make sure this invasion by Ru isn't allowed to 'settle' and cement a status quo and physical lock-hold of the south and east. Imho, Ru's cancellation of grain deal and attacks on facilties and attacks on odesa, WERE the signals of a change in Ru strategy and tactics toward a far far more aggressive set of tactics (esp bcuz it all started w/ the dam blow a month prior). Imho, the US needs to be air/navy ready to go, along with a few other members of a coalition of the willing from europe presumably. From what little i grasp overall, that's the only reasonable time frame solution i see, bcuz it doesn't look like Ukr mil is in position to rapidly-enough gain skills in this that or the other thing PLUS the practice in combined arms, which isn't phsyically even possible in europe , e.g. germany where the Nato largest training is done is too small to do training for the type of fighting Ukr needs to do.! Ukr would need to train/practice in the US, simply for scale, & that is a daunting prospect itself. Re intervention, I am of course assuming the US has the capability to do it all combined with ukr's on the ground and even in theory, americans on the ground. I don't know that US does have that capability and the answer to that is top secret, by defintion. In fact i've seen some indications that we might not be ready now, but i really have no clue and i sense we're ready enough, at least at some point we/coalition will be sometime around maybe this Winter or next year some time. It wouldn't be something that Ru could respond to with WMD in at all bcuz they know that if they use WMD, they will get schmeissed, to use the most perfect yiddish word of all. They will get nailed conventionally in a limited way to defang them and remove their capacity to do this sort of blatant total war of genocide that nakedly includes sadistic means as the first post ww2 attack/war of mass size while using modern psyops including infowarfare only possible in the info/digital age. It's time for the united states to hedge risk properly visavis what this new Ru hyperaggression means to the foundational systems of world economics and order. The strategy therefore by almost any analysis would be full intervention to attempt to entirely remove Ru from Ukr territory. A lot of americans both with military experience and without, are willing to heavily sacrifice personally in order for Ukr to prevail, including by losing our lives if need be. This is so obviously a war of civlization vs nihilism that it's literally a case of Ru (as a whole) becoming the most profoundly demented & relatively ignorant version of it's social-psychopathies of the 1920's and '30's. And there really is only one way to deal with it and that is physical containment and that can only be done one way.

@American-In-Mykolaiv Right! So far, the situation just doesn't work overall in terms of at least apparent total damages on Ukrainian ppl (which includes ppl, assets land-use-ability into the future in realistic time frames, future burden of defending potential demilitarized zone is Ukr were to not regain all lands, etc. It's just not tenable if Ru is able to dig in deeper , ie establish logistics very solidly over say the next 1 to maybe 2 or 3 years. Eventually Ru's logistics may be quite good vs now. And they apparently have deep reserves of munitiions as well as capacity to make more at a decent rate, or get from asian nations or who knows else, perhaps African nations. This is very daunting for Ukr and we need, as americans, to be told by the Prez what our intentions are for now, re Ukr.
