he's actually implying indirectly that the entire history of the dollar's stregnth is tied to the fact that after 1945 the US was literally the funder, guide and beacon of freedom, and then economic growth over time. That is an indisputable fact. The US, without a history of strong industrialization, become a deeply skilled creator of businesses that grew this planet's entire economy , thru networks with OTHER free nations. Only in the past thirty years have the unfree nations glommed on and parastically drawn from teh world's wealth, including these Bric/Clink nations who've grown dramatically.

@ceb1970 more than a stain we've had almost 5-8 years of demographic damaging impact from Trumpism, and this will become apparent over the next decade. It's extraordinarily disruptive and covid period showed that starkly. Socioeconoimcally there wil never be common cause in reality, for many years to come, and thats a shame, and that was also how the Democrats had victories in the past. Dark days for us now but we have to resist like the future for our families/bloodlines is at stake bcuz it is.
