One thing that eases many stomachs and digestive systems and is a true superfood is turmeric, and many use the powder which seems perfect for basically making food much more efficiently digested, but has broadly proven health benefits of course. I think fresh is better for sure and tastes entirely different even when absorbed by the food/dish we'd be mixing it into. Really amazing root, and one of the most researched food compounds in the world!

it's what especially we american men do, partly bcuz now we don't want to deal w/ the b.s. and over-the-top hassles of using health insurance.!!! Add that to male tendency to not use medical pro's ,and we have so many midlife men dying now! That's reality in america where we spend over 2X what our peer nations spend and we have worse outcomes

sorry but those of us raised religious but also educated in science by competent folks know that what actually happens isn't a supernatural being using someone's story to help others. WE ppl help each other by sharing the story. Take agency of yourself and be a true christian, i.e a humanist!!!!!!

@JK77777 b.s. Covid itself is the cause, bcuz it disrupts various functions in the body. Duh. Learn some basics about what viruses do! Novel viruses do this to animals like us! Learn some bio/medical/physio, etc.
