yep, for sure. Mine too, as a child of the '70's, she very much stood out, perhaps bcuz there was a lot of negativity going around in american society at the time in aftermath of Vietnam, i could definitely feel it, and it was in the music too and youth culture of course. I later realized the actual early and mid 70's music, ie the more experimental music, had a lot of dreariness.
