@Laura-he9op why? name one improvement! lol. dismantling the entire most useful parts of gvt that cost 1-maybe 4% of the total budget is not making anyone happy bcuz it's clearly intentionally deceptively merely a way to damage society directly. Those workers/offices are THE most useful parts of gvt and give econ returns of up to 70$ for every 1$ spent! U have no mind at all and are likely a ru-bot

it was bizarro-world level of extortion: half the resources PLUS half the future profits. It makes less than zero sense unless there's actual full military protection perhaps, but there is NO military protection and a promise that Ukr will NEVER be in Nato. It's clearly nonsensical in every way. Ukr doesn't legally owe the US any money at all.
