  2. exactly on the oil changes! Dirt cheap insurance. Can even DIY or buy oil and have your person/shop do it (some will do) to save money. Mfr's cannot discriminate if u DIY as long as u have receipts.

  3. it's not really the work ethic, it's the combination of: work ethic PLUS cognitive abilities of the assembly-line workers and everyone else in the factory actually. In other words it's about how organized the group is overall. I was first in Japan in '87 and lived for three months within a few miles of Toyota HQ. I was young and realized the why and how of Japanese success. I'm an american of middle age and i can assure u it's way more than work ethic. In the U.S. there ARE no educational standards nationally bcuz of ....? bcuz conservatives have prevented it for the past fifty plus years, that's why. Fact.
