  1. when an HOA does that sort of thing re a dog, u can get a restraining order for basic personal harassment since it's clear that their inquires serve no useful purpose, i.,e they're either too stupid to stop doing it, or they are intentinoally harassing. The harassment laws are designed for this. Society cannot work otherwise, and in times like this, the behavior of ppl like that leads to murders sometimes!
