  5. indeed, Ru has no real understanding and won't. That's why a similiarly total solution will eventually be necessary, in a differnt yet same purpose as wrt Germany in '45 way. There is no alternative, given the stakes. (e.g. various international entities with bits of wealth that make international roving autonomous PMC's possible, etc, trying to buy tech or nukes or steal them from Ru, etc). Ru will have to be truly contained this time. There are no known alternatives. Human nature.

  6. right! Ukr is one of only six nations that have the know-how to build fighter-jet engines. They designed THE most sophisticated parts of the russian Mir parts of the ISS, so sophisticated the russians stopped updating the part and opting for manual operation with massively more risk to the cosmonauts, not too many years ago.
