  1. u got lots of mixed up stuff here but some foundationally proufoundly backassward stuff too, like central bank system, which has nothing to do with competition. U need to crack a basic book on the topic, it ain't too hard to grasp. In ANY system, u have to have central banking system, it's how the money starts.

  2. Yank liberal here who has studied a lot of this stuff for 35ish years, now at midlife. Germany ain't a victim of anything, certainly not US hegemony, which is not what most ppl of it as anyway. Such 'hegemony' is mostly simply international trade relations and military alliances like Nato. Pretty basic actually.

  3. You in UK? That schools situation sounds also a bit like here in the US in some poor areas, or quite a few areas really. We've had a recent rapid rise of conservative areas funneling public school's money for private school tuition, namely religious schools of course, which in even slightly smaller populations creates an extremely impoverished public school situation. It's so much worse than even the most extreme Reagan/thatcher wet/dry dreams that it's not even funny.
