  2. nope. One of the most common cognitive biases is ascribing intent to events that happen due to human failings in comptence and communication or stupidity. During times of social strain, and warmer summer temps, humans make far more mistakes! Duh

  4.  @SaltandLight33  not really at all. The whole problem w/ us humans is thinking-defects. All sorts that u can see on the wiki page of congitive biases. I'ts all there, exactly what happened in this debacle is in several of the classic thought defects. Never ascribe intent to what is 99.99% chance of resulting from human failings of comptence, communication and logic-gaps of BIG size! (such as economizing too much w/ gvt resources)
