However, a mentally deranged person can be that way simply from having a medical condition etc and the police have an obligation to not use deadly force if a person is not posing an imminent threat to someone's life. Not so sure in this case and it's quite disturbing. Middle america is not an execuation zone for 'non compliant' folks.!!!!!!!
