  1. The authors did not understand the realities. Departure from Russia abroad is free, both for Russians and foreigners. Moreover, Ukrainians have come up with a scheme to evade mobilization. Men flee to Russia, and then some of them move to Western Europe as refugees. Deserters from the Ukrainian army do the same way. They change uniform into civilian clothes and flee to Russia.
