No, they were only able to commit warcrimes by using chemical weapons and still achieved nothing other than inflicting damage to the population, and making innocent Vietnamese kids being born with defects and horrible mutations from the chemicals, many USA war veterans just died from cancer from agent Orange and agent White afterwards ;(
