  49.  @ilovethisworld3059  every person is affected differently because their effect isn't really that strong i think. i have a number or recordings with subliminal affirmations i use before i go to sleep. in one recording you can actually hear a muted voice against the background of music. but you can't tell what she/they are saying. it's not like a human voice at all. but your brain supposedly deciphers that noise. most often you can't hear anything apart from music/nature sounds.
