I don't see a problem with the gov't protecting its divers. Sending them into water that's obviously got rotting bodies, rust and all kinds of oil and fluids from vehicles in it is PROBABLY not a great idea in the first place.

Yeah, the multi-colored hair just screamed "mental issues" to begin with. Well, that and his mom works in fast-food. That should explain quite a bit too.
8
Typical suspects being typical. This is why you don't explain why someone is being detained until you have them completely in cuffs.
6
@radjalomas8854 Breaking the law... is a crime. I also agree, capitol punishment should come with zero appeals and should be handed out for far lesser sentences on a 3-strike policy. Death or deportation should be the 3rd felony strike. NO questions, no complaint, no appeals, no excuses. Gone, one way or the other.
5
Duh. Did you have a point?
5
How so? It's.. literally still theft. If you can't listen for a simple beep while you're scanning stuff then don't use the self checkout.
5
They.. do.. You just heard a story about it in this video, lol. Duh?
5
It's honestly just a normal day for someone from that culture. Violence is their entertainment it seems.
5
It would definitely be more interesting than the one they gave Sir Racist McKneely Kaepernick.
4
Imagine people supporting BLM in 2023 after even the low-IQs now know that BLM is a racist, racially discriminating, violent hate group. If this video had gone up in 2023 people would have just shaken their heads instead of it causing outrage. Like we expect anything else from these people at this point.
4
"law abiding citizen" and theft ... might be a bit of an "apples to oranges" type of thing.
4
@Rushinator1 A law abiding citizen wouldn't break the law to begin with.
4
@JayDo1736 You're 100% correct. It was a felony stop on a stolen vehicle. He definitely should have called for backup before approaching the suspect. Especially considering the propensity for violent response from that demographic (sadly true based on facts from LEOKA and the FBI criminal database) being 12X higher than any other set of people.
4
Then your LP wasn't doing their jobs.
3
@retroguy9494 You: 'she didn't steal' Also you: 'she just didn't pay for something and was leaving the store with it' Yeah... idiotic.
3
@radjalomas8854 Learn to read.
3
@mattypants "how exactly does multi colored hair scream mental health issues?" Uhhh... because, it's usually a sign of LGB? I mean... did you not stop to think about that for 10 seconds or less? Working in fast food as an adult is a huge red flag...
3
Assuming he had nothing to do with it.
3
@denisewhitfield8843 Was that in the video? Odd....
3
Nice whataboutism.
3
@justinjjoachin448 "forgetting to scan a bag of candy"... that's called "theft", genius.
3
@WhzESjngzie-1988 "Stealing focuses on the intent to steal, while theft deals with the actual taking of property. Stealing deals only in commercial establishments, while theft deals with the general appropriation of someone else’s property." Anything else?
3
@CrizzyEyes Aww, did she offer to pay after she got caught like every other thief ever?
3
@hogant.551 Uhh.. throwing it out isn't illegal. You do understand that's the difference, right?
3
It's a cultural issue... and it's getting worse.
3
Let's play woke bingo: The things idiots will blame besides the criminal: Cop, police, white people, racism, guns, slavery...
3
Her roots came out.
3
@woopsserg So she wasn't charged with theft? Oh, right... she was. Because she committed theft. That's.. generally how you get charged with theft.
3
@KP-xi4bj So, stop it then? Nobody is forcing you to be a criminal. That's... probably the logical choice.
3
@twist2723 They have gear that protects them from fire, smoke inhalation, etc. Diving suits/wet suits only protect you from the cold, not from the contents of the water, cuts or abrasions from rusted metal (requiring booster shots against lockjaw), etc.
3
@handsomeman-pm9vy What addictive drug? Violence?
3
@sj-red The officer was laying down on the floorboard and completely out of LOF.
2
It's theft... Plain and simple. If you don't want to be arrested for stealing things then don't steal them. It's... not hard to figure that out.
2
@calvin394 So, wait.. you're trying to blame the store because someone stole stuff? Seriously?!?!
2
@prometheusvenom7189 "She didn't steal it" So, she paid for it? No. So, she stole it.
2
@prometheusvenom7189 It's a fact, actually. If you leave the store with goods you didn't buy, then they are stolen. Period. By definition. There's no argument.
2
@prometheusvenom7189 It's not called "motive", this isn't a violent crime, lol. Stop, really. Intent is what it's called in non violent crimes and it's almost impossible to prove in court... like I said. And since you can't prove it, the judge will likely dismiss the charges... like I said. Apparently you have nothing else to add.
2
@prometheusvenom7189 Guy, you don't know the difference between motive and intent. Stop, lol. You're just embarrassing yourself.
2
@prometheusvenom7189 The people commenting on here don't like that laws are laws and people need to be accountable for their own actions. That's just how it works when you're an adult.
2
That's the culture...
2
'I didn't steal' Except.. you did.
2
@radjalomas8854 That wasn't my post, doorknob.
2
Well, considering neither one actually happened...
2
Did you SEE him accuse her of theft or do you think she probably got unhinged because he was checking her bags?
2
@SirReginald. "They definitely accused her". Where? Why was there no video of it? They clearly accused the first woman. Think for yourself for a change.
2
@hogant.551 No.. I don't. Plus, I don't care. We're talking about the legality... which was the issue in the video.
2
Yeah, that's called reasonable suspicion. That's their job.
2
You know it's already happening. There will be racist morons with picket signs that say "they be killin us" and other idiotic, ignorant messages written in broken English. It happens every time something like this takes place. White person shooter, black person is AUTOMATICALLY the "victim" and now come the looters and rioters.
2
And you have the option to go get in line with a check out clerk.
2
@hypnofaith1027 The question was asked about if they do this to actual thieves and there were ACTUAL thieves in this video... try reading what someone is responding to before you chime in next time.
2
@Devsord637 So... you're saying she didn't walk out with merchandize she didn't pay for? Because, you'd be lying....
2
@tctecsas9340 life's even tougher when you're dumb, huh?
2
@sj-red The officer was laying on the floorboards.... try watching the video.
2
@MCdouvigacce Oh god, shut up. Like you would have done any better. The officer had to put every once of his weight and balance into keeping that weapon in the holster until backup arrived.
2
@puesbien "I appreciate how you're implying that the assailant has no self-control nor agency"...... yeah, did you watch the video? THat's very obvious.
2
@sj-red The officer... is on the floorboard. Try watching the video, mouth-breather.
2
It's.. theft. If you aren't checking to make sure you're scanning everything then you're more likely to make a mistake... make sure you do it correctly or suffer the consequences which is being arrested for theft. Period. Because, why? IT IS THEFT... by every definition of the word.
2
@retroguy9494 No, doorknob.. you need to make sure you hear the "beep" every time you scan something. Is that really that difficult?
2
@PorkShark LoL "chargeback". Good luck with that when they haul you to jail for that one if your credit card company even entertains that nonsense.
2
So... she stole something and you're saying the STORE is at fault?? LoL... wow. Democrat detected.
2
@LiqqaRoni-cx3tx How, in your little mind do you think she was wrongfully terminated when she stole from the business? Think before you type.
2
@retroguy9494 Why would someone steal anything? Intent isn't the issue because it has zero bearing on the situation. The fact is: Walking out with the store's property without paying for it is theft. No matter how it happens.
2
@sarahs9228 She didn't pay for something that didn't belong to her regardless of whether or not it was intended. That's still theft. And sticking up for criminals while blaming the police is 100% a Democrat thing.
2
@jacklow9611 LoL... you know I'm right. And thanks, but I"m not a "magat" or whatever you Democrats try to call intelligent people. I'm just a republican.
2
@jacklow9611 You mean making posts containing indisputable facts that make Democrats like you so angsty that you try to talk about ANYTHING ELSE but the issue at-hand? That kind of thing?
2
She wasn't FALSELY ACCUSED if she had stuff in her cart she didn't pay for. That's theft. Period.
2
This culture that is a rotting, spreading disease in our nation that glorifies murder and crime... they don't think something like that is even out of the ordinary.
2
The "African American" community? Where is this exactly since AFRICA is a CONTINENT, not a nation or country? Be specific, inside edition.
2
Hey, hero... you go ahead and try to stop 30 black people looting a store. See how that works out for you.
2
If they didn't say that then the NAACP would be instigating riots that would cost the city billions in property damage.
2
@doggo6240 FOH, lol. BLM never did anything but murder people by the dozens, commit crimes, cost cities billions of dollars in property damage, have big grab-and-runs on department stores, commit looting and arson. And, of course lower the average IQ.
2
@sj-red I've seen them
1
@prometheusvenom7189 Not even slightly. There's no way to prove intent in a court of law so they likely would drop the charges, but it's theft by definition.
1
@woopsserg Yes, for theft.
1
@KP-xi4bj So it seems.
