  3. Police should be able to use firearms when cowards run. Any means to stop them including shooting them, their tires, their engine, etc. it shouldn't matter if it's for jaywalking or murder. If you run, you decide whatever you did was worth more than your life.... Your choice, but your life is the penalty.
