And even then they should have to be able to pass a randomized 100-answer test about the people they want to vote for including things like their platforms, what they believe in, what they are going to do when elected, etc. THEN and ONLY THEN will we know people are making informed choices about who they elect. I'm pretty sure at that point the Democrat party will shrink to nothing in about a year.
