  5. First. There is no such thing as "African-American". Africa is a CONTINENT, not a nation (hence it can't be an ethnicity, background or nationality and it's definitely not a race). Second, The only race that has any type of holidays, events, history month, scholarships, grants, business loans, etc. are black people... so, of course this is just for black people. Just like everything else.
