Anything racist should go. That means BET, black history month, black scholarships, black only websites, tv shows, sitcoms, movies (where people are hired based on their race), black sitcoms, black magazines, black fraternities, black news channels, black newspapers, etc etc etc. So, yes. Black history month needs to go.

@jeremybriggs6951 No, it's still around. Just like the essence awards, BET, BLM, the NAACP, black sitcoms, movies, tv shows like "black-ish", etc. that feature an all-black cast.... during a time when movies that even LOOK like they have an all-white leading cast (I can't think of one made in the last 10 years that does) are called "white washing". Don't forget about "black history month", black history museums, black newspapers, magazines, radio stations, news channel, etc. etc. etc. It's all pathetically racist.

@andydavis3075 A lot of people? Yes, everyone with an IQ over 20 you mean. Plus, it's racist to separate "black history" from the rest of history. Kind of like it's racist to have a "black history month", black congressional caucus, NAACP, BET, black scholarships, black TV shows, sitcoms, movies, movie channels, radio stations, magazines, websites, news channels.. the list goes on and on and on and on.

@pearlbarkley1019 If you really want to see examples of racism, look no further than the checkout line at the store at all the blacks-only magazines, or go to your cable network and look at how many blacks-only channels there are, or your local college at the black-student associations, black fraternities, black scholarships, black grants, etc. Or hey, maybe you can talk to the NAACP who even fired a woman for being white a few years ago, lol. Then there's the black congressional caucus, black history museum wing of the Smithsonian, black history month, black radio stations, black movies where people are hired based on the color of their skin and the movie has racist undertones, black sitcoms, black tv shows... the list goes on and on and on and on. So, yes. You're right. Discrimination does exist. But, you should pull your nose out of a book and look around at 2020. You're not a victim...

Anything (literally anything... I.E. months, institutions, events, organizations, groups, etc) that focuses on just one race is text book racial discrimination... you know, what we're trying to AVOID in the world. Having a month that only focuses on one race is racist. Just like BET, NAACP, black congressional caucus, black history museums, black TV shows, movies, etc that hire people specifically because they are black, black radio stations, scholarships, etc. The list goes on and on and on and on. It's a sad commentary for us as a nation.. we're slipping all the way back go segregation and quickly.
