Uhh... Specific elements can really cause problems............ no matter where they are. Bringing them to Daytona is a mistake.
84
He's a criminal that just committed felony eluding and evading... that's how you treat criminals. Plus, the cop didn't make the decision to taze the biker. That was the biker's decision.
63
Uhh.. how about the guy that committed felony evade and elude on a motorcycle.... again. Maybe HE should foot the bill considering he's the cause of all of this? YA THINK?
51
Neat. Maybe you haven't had to chase a damn coward as he ran away, threatened you, then tried to bite your hand as you fight with him on the ground.. ya think? Plus "involved" how? Janitor for the police station? LoL.
37
And the biker should 100% be responsible for every single dime. He's the one that decided to run from the cops and try to get away while he was gassing up his man-child bike.
35
@mikeb5664 Bruh.. these man-children on crotch rockets cause so many accidents and deaths on the highways on a yearly basis... especially when they are running from the cops like cowards. This isn't the first time this guy has run either. He made those poor life-choices that led to him getting burned. That was his choice and he has to live with the consequences. Stop making excuses for criminals.
14
@OmarHudson Yeah, I think you're looking for a fight, not a conversation. The information that's been discussed is common knowledge and easily found online on the FBI criminal database, schedule 43-48 and in the literal hundreds of thousands of videos on Youtube alone. Which part of that did you want to "discuss" exactly? The facts? There's nothing to really discuss...
12
@OmarHudson What is there to talk about? You act like anyone can actually quote the facts collected over the last 30 years of criminal data without being called a bigot, a racist, racially prejudiced, etc... if we COULD talk about it then maybe the issue could be addressed with in that culture.
11
It was 100% the fault of the biker. That's the end of thestory. The biker decided how this would go down, not the cops. Karma is a bitch.
10
Good job, Deputy. This incel will not be running like a coward and putting countless people in danger as they weave in and out of traffic at 150+mph in an attempt to escape accountability for their own actions anymore. You did what the court system would not have been able to. I 100% support anything that ends in a criminal getting their just rewards for their own actions.
9
@KATTARHINDU-BJRANGBALIKIJAI The "bad decision" was running from the police and putting countless people's lives in danger, then deciding not to comply when being ordered off your bike when they caught up to him. That's the problem, that's what caused this.
9
It's... not really the generation... It's a truly broken culture that spans several different generations.
8
@mikeb5664 That's what tasers are for and IMHO they should be used on every arrest where people aren't complying to make it far more therapeutic so they won't do it again next time. I have no idea why you're sticking up for this incel.
8
@OmarHudson So basically you don't want to talk about the actual data and information. Then why... did you say you wanted to have a discussion about it, I wonder? Oh, right... you either didn't know the facts or you were hoping I didn't. I have quite a bit more if you'd like. We can chat about single parent rates, drop out rates and all kinds of cool things that are causing a cultural problem within the black community. If you want to actually talk about the facts.................................. you don't though. Which is exactly why nothing will change or get better since nobody wants to discuss the giant elephant in the room.
7
@trinkabuszczuk6138 Actually... your healthcare in those countries costs you more than half of your income each year and aren't really that great by comparison.
6
@jacobreisser8034 Wrong... about... ??? Try typing in a complete sentence. I have no idea what you need me to break out the construction paper and crayons to explain to you.
6
@siegfried0752 It... absolutely is, lol. DOn't talk about things you don't understand.
6
@JM-5150 You don't understand qualified immunity. You really shouldn't comment about things you don't understand.
6
@seyumaiayami3536 Aww, don't get mad little guy. Just don't comment about things you don't understand. Or... or... spend the requisite 20 seconds getting educated BEFORE you post... or vote.
6
@thedesertwarrior7447 The other deputy that got burned should seek damages from the incel that ran. The officers should be able to sue him for the situation he caused. I absolutely agree. ANd no, there is not a single protocol, law or even code that states that an officer can't use force against a fleeing suspect, lol. It just has to be proportional... which is why you see cops firing into the windshields of vehicles that try to hit them. Try again, Democrat.
5
@trinkabuszczuk6138 False. Why are you lying? You pay over half your salary in taxes UP FRONT plus the other taxes. Quit, really... we know how to use google out here, lol.
5
Pff... the biker should be 100% responsible for every dime in damages including the police officers' time. He decided to run away like a coward... he made that decision, not the cops.
5
@leewilliams9904 "were". There "were two clowns". You also spell out numbers less than 10. Welcome to English.
5
@GrandMasterLynx Do some research on Uvalde... you know, before you pass judgement.
5
@DavidThomas-fb8bq They don't know if he's dead until he's pronounced dead. Their policy is to secure the scene for everyone's safety.
5
That was a different officer and the that tazed him didn't know he had dumped his bike without the gas cap on.
5
Well, then maybe you should join the force and "do better" if you can. Or do you just hate cops?
5
He had the officer's hand and was doing something to him to put him in pain. What did you want them to do, call a "time out" or something?
4
@aceboogisback9946 I'm sorry, but your statement is false. "Most" black people have criminal records, over 40% have been charged with MULTIPLE FELONIES and over 63% have criminal records that include a violent offense. So... when you say "most" unless you're going to start quoting criminal stats and databases, you're likely wrong. I don't hate anyone based on their skin color, but I do hate that we have such a concentrated, violent criminal element in the USA that nobody wants to address because someone will scream racism.... in a nation where we have a whole month in February DEDICATED to racism, lol.
4
@loner9832 Would he had been "toasted" if he had stayed home that day? Do you really think the cops would have looked for his address, gone there, poured gasoline on him and light him? No? Weird... I guess your logic is flawed.
4
No, the cop was doing his job. This incel made the decision to run from the cops and then not comply when they approached him. So, that's on him.
4
@daskritterhaus5491 Nope what? I'm not digging through 63 replies to see what you're not agreeing with, sorry. Next time type in a full sentence.
4
@trinkabuszczuk6138 If your healthcare is "free" then you live in a socialist nation which means your gov't taxes you over 50% off the top (20 that you see and more from your employer) and sales tax, etc. PLUS you pay premiums in Australia so I'm not sure how you think that means it's "free" in the first place.
4
@trinkabuszczuk6138 LoL... You realize that people like Elon Musk and Bill Gates pay the max you can even pay in taxes by the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year, right? The whole thing where rich people pay more of a percentage than poorer people is stupid. Everyone should pay the same percentage and they do. BUSINESSES get tax breaks in order to keep the USA an attractive place to have businesses. Otherwise everyone would outsource. There's... kind of a point to our economy.
4
@jeremyjenners5150 No, but sticking up for a pathetic criminal? I mean... seriously? That's what democrats do...
4
How about STOP BREAKING THE LAW, running like aa damn coward and fighting with police? Let's start there.
4
I don't think the culture is beyond repair, it just needs to ACTUALLY BE ADDRESSED... we have a unique problem in the USA with a specific race committing the vast majority of violent crime in the nation and nobody wants to talk about it for fear of being called racist. So, it'll never get better until that changes.
4
@madmonkey762 100% sane response.
4
@leewilliams9904 You're welcome.
4
@stephenlukcasy9047 Whoa, pump the brakes, drama queen... The biker was soaked in gas probably because he jerked the nozzle out when the cops approached him. Again, his own fault and nobody else at the gas station was in danger, lol.
4
@dontbanmebrodontbanme5403 Yes, let's go over the facts... 1. The biker decided to break the law 2. The biker decided to run from the cops (a felony in most states) at a high rate of speed, weaving in and out of traffic and probably causing accidents like they always do 3. The biker decided to get gas 4. The biker decided to resist arrest when he was confronted at the gas station 5. The biker decided to FIGHT with police as they were trying to take him down which spilled gasoline ON HIMSELF 6. The biker decided to continue struggling which made it necessary to use a taser on him See anything similar about ALL of those statements, Democrat? I get that you're not too bright, but try really, really hard to notice the exact same problem with every single statement there.. it involves the biker and HIS CHOICES. That's where the blame goes. Otherwise there wouldn't have been any issue at all, would there? As far as I'm concerned anyone that runs from the police should end up the same way. But, that's me. I'm old fashioned I guess. I don't like it when people put other people's lives in danger while they run from accountability like a coward. But, you democrats seem to love them so much you build statues of them. Morons.
4
@andyb9072 "they" didn't do anything. It was his own poor life-choices that led to that.
4
@FelipeZambrano-s2i Let me be the first in the English-speaking world to say, "HUH?".
4
That's incompetence? LoL. Guaranteed these charges are dismissed. The biker made the decision to get tazed, not the officer.
4
@victoravila299 Why would the cop have to pay for the actions of the criminal? Democrat much?
4
You should have stopped at "never resist arrest" since that was the PSA here. The cops aren't to blame if you decide to run from them like a coward or fight with them. The result of that is ALWAYS 100% the fault of the criminal... not the cops.
4
@jmartin567 100% agree then. Sorry I misunderstood. THere are a lot of anti-cops on here.
4
"some people"
3
"The cop is responsible for much more" You should have stopped at "the kid is responsible for his own actions" since those are what caused everything that happened as a result.
3
@stacyhunt4783 Watch the video before you go all George Floyd here... he had the officer's hand under him and wouldn't let it go. Twisted fingers are very painful.
