Like it was the officer's fault this guy decided to run like a coward then get gas knocked on him because he tried to run with his gas cover still off his bike. Love that the officer was acquitted. Too funny that people thought he was in the wrong in the first place.

It had to do with the fact that this guy tried to fight off the cops as he yanked the gas line out of his tank and splashed it on himself. The officer coming up on him didn't know that. The point was: If gas was everywhere at a gas station you'd ignite it every time someone started their vehicle if even by the fumes. Using a tazer at a gas station doesn't come with any inherent risk. If this guy hadn't tried to yank the gas line out of his tank to run again he wouldn't have gotten it all over himself.
